  • How to Delete Your Loco Account?
  • 1.Download Loco App: Install Loco from the store if you haven't already.
    2.Login: Sign in to the account you want to delete.
    3.Profile Icon: Tap your profile icon.
    4.Settings: Choose "Settings" from the menu.
    5.Delete Account: Look for "Delete Account" tab and select it.
    6.Confirm: Confirm that you want to delete your account.
    7.Finalize: Your Loco account will be permanently deleted.

    Please note: Account deletion is irreversible and you will be unable to recover any data associated with the deleted account. However, we may retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Make sure you are certain before deleting.

  • How do you change your username?
  • You can log in to Loco's web dashboard and then click on the edit option to change the username.
  • Why and how is my phone number or Gmail address already registered in Loco?
  • This generally happens when you have created a profile with your Gmail address or phone number and you are trying to link the same Gmail address or phone number with another profile. You’ll get an error on Loco.
