Stoughton Street Tech Labs Private Limited (“We/Us”) have built certain applications and the offered content therein (“Services”), which is provided to users (“You”) and is intended for use as is. 5. Log Data

Whenever You use our Service, We collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as Your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of Your use of the Service, and other statistics. By using our Services, You hereby agree to the collection of Log Data by Us.

The Service shall use “cookies” explicitly. The Platform may also use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and to improve the Services. • You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any point, by contacting Us at publishing_legal@loco.gg. Once consent is withdrawn, We will be unable to provide You with the Service.


2. Account Deletion

To delete Your account and data with Us, please write to us at publishing_legal@loco.gg.

To delete Your data, an email must be sent from the email ID used to login to the Service. The request for data deletion must be sent to publishing_legal@loco.gg ; the receipt of Your request will be confirmed. Confirmation about data deletion will be communicated to You within two(2) business days. In case data deletion is not possible due to technical or jurisdictional reasons, the same will be communicated within two(2) working days.

Please note that account deletion is irreversible.

4. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (thirteen). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 (thirteen). In the event that We discover that a child under 13 (thirteen) has provided us with Personal Information, We shall immediately delete such Personal Information from our servers.
